This is our own holiday paradise! The cabin is over 100 years old, and was originally built as a yarn factory. The house was rebuilt in 1970 with two separate apartments. We have tried to keep the old style. The cabin is located by itself on a promontory. Surrounded by the lake, the place is a pearl for boating/fishing, kayaking and swimming. The house has everything a house should have. The view to the north west gives many amazing sunsets. In addition to a large quay with a fence around it, we have a garden above the house. We rent kayaks. We can arrange courses. The space You will get the smallest apartment with a lovely view over the bay with beach and forest. Wood-fired hot tub included. Many trails to walk on the hills nearby. The nearest town Knarvik is 8 km away. The garden is located above the house and is sheltered from the afternoon breeze. The garden is perfect for playing and sunbathing for all ages. Self-designed lavvo with berths for four up in the garden. It can be used in all kinds of weather, maybe an overnight stay there can tempt you? We have many kayaks for rent, and we can have guided kayak trips with you. There are several cozy outdoor spaces with barbecue around the cabin. On the other side of the bay are private houses. Here is the parking lot for your car! Note: From the parking lot you can take the rowboat 300 meters over to the cabin, or walk on a copper trail for about 10-15 minutes if you prefer. The trail is not suitable for transporting suitcases and wheelbarrows. The house and property are not suitable for the disabled. Small children must be supervised outside at all times. Guest access In the basement, there is a laundry room with toilet. The rest of the basement will not be available. Other things to note The rowing boat must be moored at all times. Motor with full petrol tank can be rented for NOK 1500/week. Deposit for boat and motor NOK 5,000. The petrol tank must be filled up for the next guest, if you rent the motor.
