Dedicated parking pad for 1 car. Additional free street parking close by. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/tea/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 each per night. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. The guest house is located above the garage, so climbing steps is required. For your safety and ours, two cameras are actively recording: one at your parking pad and a doorbell cam at your entry. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
