Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. The guest house is located above the garage, so climbing steps is required. For your safety and ours, two cameras are actively recording: one at your parking pad and a doorbell cam at your entry. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
