Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 85" TV with streaming services available. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The well-appointed bathroom includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. The host does live next door and is available if any needs arise. Guest privacy is always respected to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The property is secured with an entrance gate and is fenced on all sides except one. There’s ample parking available for large vehicles and trailers. Please note, the driveway is shared with the property owner for access to the arena at the back of the property, and we kindly ask that you do not block the circle drive. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN Check in is scheduled for 4:00pm. Please reach out to me if you would like an early check in. Early check ins must be approved and paid for in advance. 2:00pm - $30.00 12:00pm - $60.00 LATE CHECK OUT Check out is scheduled for 11:00am. Please reach out to me if you would like a late check out. Late check outs must be approved and paid for in advance. 1:00pm - $30.00 3:00pm - $60.00 PETS (EXCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $60.00 (emotional support animals still incur a fee). If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee of $100.00 will be charged. PARTIES No parties allowed. If we learn of a party at the property your reservation will terminate immediately and any damages or cleaning fees will be charged to you. HORSE BOARDING If you are traveling with horses and need overnight boarding, please contact me. We have the availability to board up to 5 horses at a time.
