Located in Guernsey's Castel Parish, which is well known for its Historic attractions, WWII Bunkers and the best Beaches on Guernsey! This Apartment is also semi-detached to the Le Pommier Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Bar. The space The apartment is approximately 360 square ft, and the large terrace is an additional 290 square ft. This apartment benefits from a modern fitted Kitchen with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and tea/coffee-making facilities. A moderately sized, disabled-friendly bathroom with a self-lit mirror cabinet and a separate shower and bath. One king-sized bed, one full sofa bed, 32" smart TV, an Integrated electric heater/air-conditioner, built-in wardrobe space, and Fast Wifi! Guest access Everything you need is within walking distance, and there is a bus stop opposite to take you anywhere else on the island, as well as plenty of parking if you have a Car. We have a full self-check-in process, but assistance is available if required. Other things to note We, your hosts, and our friendly Springer Spaniel(Kirk) live next door to the Apartment.
