In a cozy and spacious house with garden, I offer you a lovely duplex room, all comforts, with private bathroom and toilet, 7 minutes' walk from Taverny train station (30 minutes by train to Paris), 5 minutes from the A115. The space Upstairs, you have a 160 cm bed, an OLED TV, 4K, connected HDR, a relaxation area with a small armchair, an RJ45 socket (ideal for teleworking), and lots of storage. In the lower part of the accommodation, you have a pleasant view of the garden (as well as direct access), a kitchen table with microwave oven, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and a wardrobe. Of course, if the weather permits, you can also have lunch outside (a table and chairs are also available for you). Note, I can for convenience, install a 2nd bed (ideal for a child) on a mattress (inflatable but of quality 0.99 x 1.91 x 0.46 cm), in the bedroom next to the parents' bed. Guest access Important: your entrances and exits are independent through the garage. The kitchen can be shared if you want to prepare your meals. The washing machine is at your disposal if needed. During your stay Discreet, I will nevertheless remain available and at your disposal for any need. Other things to note A very nice female cat is present in the house.
