This former Victorian sporting lodge is set in the village of Tongue in the North Highlands. The area is ideal for hiking, angling and climbing in the nearby Loch Fleet and Knockan Crag National Nature Reserves. Ben Loyal, the Queen of Scottish mountains is reached from Tongue Village, and the UK's most northerly Munro, Ben Hope is within 30 minutes’ drive. Tongue also marks the end of the long distance walk The Sutherland Way. This northerly coastline features fine sandy beaches including Coldbackie, Talmine, Achininver and Torrisdale Bay. This individually-styled room features Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a complimentary decanter of sherry and sweets.
