Beautifull landhouse 12-24 persons-also for teams

This landhouse is entirely yours on 7500m2 with splended views and lots of activities in the neighboorhood (swimming, indoorskiing, biking and hiking, all within 3km). A nice place to stay during the rythm and blues festival at Peer (july). The space Are you ready for large inner and outer spaces, rooms with a beautifull view, 7500 m2 garden with lots of possibilities to play and a lot of activities in a range of 20 kms? We rent an entire landhouse (former farm) for 10 to 22 persons, in all privacy (we live at 4km away) . The house is very childfriendly (a swing in a tree, pingpongtable, footballtable, footballfield, petanque, lots of toys, dvds...). We have a brandnew woodenheated sauna, next to the campfireplace. The landhouse is situated nearby the historical city of Peer (1.5 km) in Limburg, and is less than an hour drive from Brussels, Antwerp, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Liège. The see with the city of Bruges and Gent are a 2 hours trip. It's the first time the building is rent). We have 5 2-persons bedrooms, one 5-personsroom, one for 4 and one for 3 persons. 3 extra beds for little children can be placed when asked. Bedlinen is included; Outside we have 2 terraces and a large barbecue and fireplace. A petanquebaan and pingpongtable is at your services. Families who visited the place were very satisfied. Guest access You have access to the whole place (75 are) with a splendid view and large inner spaces (a kitchen with a Boretti, a living room with an automatic gasfire and more than 100 dvd's, a playroom with a tabletennis, a petanquelane, a camfireplace, a large barbecue, terraces outside... Other things to note The house is very large, as is the outer space. We rebuild it n a stylish and durable way. Hope to welcome you.
