Guest access ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT CHECK-IN: Available from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is possible from 9:00 AM, free of charge and subject to availability. Please send a photo ID up to 72 hours in advance for data verification (LGPD). For in-person arrivals after 8:00 PM, a fee of R$150 will be charged. CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00 PM. Late check-out is flexible until 3:00 PM if there are no new reservations. When leaving, please turn off all electronics and remove any trash. LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS For arrivals from 9 a.m. and departures until 3 p.m., please check availability with us in advance. We offer flexible check-in and check-out at no extra cost if the apartment is available. A crib is available for babies up to 2 years old upon prior request. We also provide a luggage storage base in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A). HOUSEKEEPING For long stays, linen exchange is included once a week.
