Quiet annex nr Cambridge w parking

Enjoy all the attractions of Cambridge city centre then get a good night's sleep in peaceful surroundings. Based in the tranquil and green village of Girton, only 10 minutes by car/bus, to the centre of Cambridge. Good for couples & solo travellers. Not suitable for children or babies. The space Close to Cambridge centre but in the countryside, with beautiful walks through woods and fields around the corner. The village is a quiet residential area. The annex is adjoined to my house but is private; self contained, with its own front door and entrance hall. The property comprises of: - Bedroom with double bed and smart tv - Sitting room with kitchen area, including a washing machine, fridge, oven/hob and sofa bed - Good size bathroom with large shower, hair dryer provided Parking is provided off the road (on the drive in front of the property). Guest access Washing machine, fridge, hob and oven, private bathroom, own entrance to annex. Other things to note The second bed is a sofa bed and although it is designed to sleep two, it may be a bit cosy. Please let me know when you book if you would like the sofa bed to be made up as a bed. If you don't request this, it will be left as a sofa without any additional bedding.
