BEACH LIFE! V near beach - ice bath, garden room

A spacious, light, modernised 70's house that has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the upstairs office. 2 mins to the beach. We have a big garden with a garden room, trampoline, ice bath and gym equipment. We also have a 1 bed annex (sleeps 3-4) available to rent separately. Great place all year round. Good for watersports, walking, cycling. Chichester and Goodwood are close. Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Chichester Festival Theatre, Pallant House, South Downs, Chichester Harbour… The space It’s a lovely, big, light, space inside. Incredibly light and warm in winter with good sized rooms and a great garden. There is parking for four cars (possibly 5) in the drive and others can park for free on the road opposite and it's a very short walk to the beach (2 mins). The garden is a really good size and great for children with a large rectangular trampoline. We have a separate summer house in the garden that is great for teenagers or outdoor entertainment. We also have an ice bath, a sauna and a small gym. We also have a one bedroom annex that is rented separately but can accommodate 3-4 people if you need more space. We are happy to accept one dog by prior agreement (and with an additional cleaning charge). Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Master bedroom (1) - 1 x super king bed with space for a cot and an big ensuite bathroom Guest bedroom (2) - 1 x king bed Jack's room (3) - 1 x king bed Molly's room (4) - 1 x king bed or 2 x singles Upstairs office - 1 x small double/single sofa bed (possible camp bed aswell). There are four bathrooms including three showers and one bath with overhead shower. One large ensuite in the master bedroom (shower & loo), one family bathroom upstairs (bath/shower & loo), one additional bathroom with shower and loo upstairs and a shower and loo downstairs. In the sitting room, there is a lovely log burner which is fabulous and warm in winter with comfy sofas and chairs. There is also a piano but this will be locked unless by prior agreement (and an additional deposit). We have wifi, a smart TV and a Sonos sound system which you are welcome to use. Guest access Parking is easy, we have a very secure gravel drive with an electric gate. There is free parking on the road opposite or you can get a bus from the end of the road to West Wittering, Bracklesham, Birdham and Chichester. Other things to note This is our home so we would really appreciate people treating it as such. Minimum 4 night booking most of the year please ask if you want less than that and we can discuss it. ** Please note: this house can sleep 9 or 10 (plus a baby or two). Please don’t squeeze more people in than you have paid for.
