The Barn offers privacy and a lovely garden & Pool within Bagni di Lucca, just 5 minutes walk to restaurants, market, shops. It has been fully renovated & comprises 2 Bedrooms (reached by external stairs) and large living area with Kitchenette. The space Newly totally refurbished Barn situated in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Bagni Di Lucca. The Barn shares a large Garden and Swimming pool with the other properties we own, but if unoccupied you will have exclusive use of the Garden and Pool (open Seasonally). Downstairs is a large sitting room with Kitchenette, Dinning area and separate toilet. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with Bathroom, reached by the external staircase. Guest access The spacious garden has numerous chairs, tables and loungers with your own Patio for dining or just relaxing before a plunge in the pool. The pool is open mid May through end of September normally. Other things to note The House is situated in a nice quiet residential area of the Town, but has open views towards the surrounding hills.
