Modern 3 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Kilmacthomas village. 100 meters from the entrance to the Waterford greenway. Kilmacthomas is 23 Km from Dungarvan and 22 Km from Waterford via the newly opened Waterford greenway. The new greenway has stunning views of the local countryside and nearby Comeragh mountains. Coumshingaun Lough walk is only 10 minutes drive away, its 10 Km to the beautiful Copper coast and 10 Km to Mount Congreve gardens which are open year round. The space The oil fired central heating can be turned on with the touch of a button. You can use the fireplace in the sittingroom on those cold winter nights. The shower is a mira electric unit over a large bath. All kitchen cooking utensils are provided. Tea bags, coffee and cooking essentials are also provided. I have 1 ladies and 1 gents adult mountain bikes which can be used by guests for their stay at my house. I have one child cot measuring 120cm by 60cm which can be assembled upon request if required. Guest access I will be keeping my house vacant for a 24 hour period before and after guests arrive and depart to allow ample time to disinfect all areas of the home. Guests have full access to the entire house with a washer and dryer in the rear shed. A gas barbecue is also available to guests to use when the weather permits. Other things to note The village has two bike rental shops if you need to hire a bike for a short time or for longer periods. The local river has many good fishing spots and shopping is only a 20 minute drive from the village.
