Excellent location in the heart of Port Erin(South) and to explore the rest of the island. Close to the beach, shops, buses, steam railway, pubs, cafes, airport etc. Home from home. Guests can enjoy the luxury of a hot tub! Option of continental/full English on request at time of booking - extra charge £14 pp. However, I leave out cereals, bread etc for guests to help themselves at no charge. Smart TV/DVD, tea/coffee/hairdryer/dressing gowns in all rooms. Free Wi Fi. Parking just outside. The space Very comfortable king size bed with all toiletries, linen & towels etc provided. Smart TV and DVD player. Very large private shower room with toilet and basin. Tea/coffee making facilities. Hairdryer etc. Hair straighteners/ironing board and iron on request. Can relax also in the lounge or the outside decking area, and use of hot tub! No smoking in the house but welcome to smoke outside in the garden area. All guests stay made as comfortable as possible. Guest access Guests are welcome to use large lounge with flat screen TV and kitchen facilities. Its a place home from home where guests come and go as they please. A relaxing place to stay and excellent location to explore the rest of the Isle of Man using public transport or driving. Other things to note Ideally located in the heart of Port Erin which is on the South Coast of the Isle of Man. Public transport very close and buses run just outside Ballamaddrell Accommodation. Stream Railway - a 5 minute walk. Close to shops etc. Beach very close by. Only 8 minute drive from the Airport, and 25 minutes drive to the main ferry port. Minimum nights for TT required is 10 from May 25th to June 13th, 2026 (only for these dates).
