This sea-themed 7-bedroom, 4-bath escape sleeps up to 16. The main living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Out back, enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, outdoor movie theater, mini golf, covered patio with outdoor dining, and fire pit to gather around. Inside, you'll find a game room with a pool table and ping pong, arcades, plus a playful bunk room. Steps away from the beach, this space is built for fun and relaxation. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and all amenities. Other things to note The home will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $750.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
