Happy House by the Sea

Happy House is a charming cottage for up to 6 guests, just steps away to Seacliff State Beach Park, offering reservations of 30+ days. We have parking for 3 vehicles in our driveway, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace & fenced backyard. We are kid & pet friendly, less than a block to groceries, restaurants, shops & pub. Close to redwood forests, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium & Roaring Camp. The space We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with a fenced backyard. We can sleep up to 6 guests. First bedroom has a King bed with sliding glass doors to the backyard. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and window looking into the garden. We have a futon in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people. Our driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles. Our home has an open floor plan, the entryway has seating for 2 and a small desk. The living room has a gas fireplace, futon and love seat with high speed wireless internet, Smart TV with Netflix, DVD, VCR and lots of books. The dining area has seating for 6. The sunny backyard has beautiful plants and flowers. There is a patio area with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor leisure or dining. You have access to a charcoal BBQ, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and beach toys that you are welcome to use. We provide linens and towels for the house, please bring your own beach towels. Guest access You have full use of the house, fenced backyard and 3 car driveway during your stay. Access instructions are emailed to guests a week prior to check in. We are 1/2 block to the entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park. Less than a 5 minute walk from our front door until your toes are in the sand. If you prefer to drive into the Park you can use our Golden Poppy Annual Day Use Pass which gets you into Seacliff State Beach Park, Nisene Marks, Natural Bridges, Manresa State Beach and more Northern California State Parks for free (a $10 savings). Other things to note We are offering reservations of 30+ days. This is convenient for traveling nurses, working remote, extended vacations, families, retired guests or even locals remodeling their home that need safe temporary housing.
