Kindly note that complaints about clearly disclosed details cannot be accepted after booking. No parties, No smoking or Vaping, Quiet Hours Parties and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: 9 PM- 7 AM. Please help us respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. Excessive noise may result in intervention by local authorities. Please ensure your booking reflects the accurate number of guests. Check- In: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check- in instructions will be sent to you one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged. Early check-in must be requested at least one day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival. Check out: Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure. Without prior approval, cleaning will begin at 10:00 AM sharp. Early check-in or Late check-out is an extra cost of $10/hour outside the normal arranged time.
