Our typical and charming Portuguese country house consists of a spacious main house and an annex, and is rented in its entirety so you can enjoy total privacy and exclusivity. In total, the property has 6 bedrooms for the rest and comfort of your group or family. Main House Regaleira: A spacious and bright room with a double bed, a reading nook, a desk, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Módulo Pena-Mouros: An ideal suite for families or friends. It includes two beautiful and spacious rooms (with the option of a double bed or two singles), which share a large bathroom with a bathtub. This suite has its own private access door from the entrance hall. Capuchos: A cozy and pleasant room with wooden bunk beds and quality mattresses, suitable for all ages. It has a private bathroom with a shower. Annex Ribafría: A room with a touch of design, with the option of a double bed or two singles and a large bathroom with a shower. Apartamento Monserrate: A beautiful and functional apartment that features a bedroom (double bed), a large bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an equipped kitchenette. For your comfort, the property has a large garden with a pool, a sun terrace, and an outdoor barbecue area. Inside the main house, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a small sitting area, and a guest toilet. All bedroom and bathroom windows have mosquito nets. The main house has central heating, while the annex has electric heating. For added comfort, all rooms have fans. We provide all bed linen and towels, as well as shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. A cot and high chair for babies are also available upon request. Guest access When you rent the entire house, you will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes a spacious garden with a refreshing outdoor pool, a sun terrace perfect for relaxing, and a poolside barbecue area. Inside the main house, you can enjoy a large living room with a cozy fireplace and views of the garden and pool. You also have a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the garden, in addition to a small open-plan sitting room and a guest toilet on the mezzanine. For your total comfort, the main house has central heating, fans in all bedrooms, and mosquito nets on the windows of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We provide all bed linen and towels, as well as shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. A cot and high chair for babies are also available upon request. There is free private parking on the premises. Other things to note Since February 2019, Sintra applies a municipal tourist tax for overnight accommodation, which is collected by tourism firms and local accommodation establishments. Revenue from this tax benefits projects, studies, equipment or infrastructure that promote sustainable tourism growth, environmental quality of the region and maintenance of the municipal cultural heritage. The tax must be paid at check-in or check-out, if not already paid at the time of reservation.
