PLEASE NOTE: Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday, ONLY. Also note pet rules. 1/2 mile to Grand Traverse Bay for beautiful sunsets & Petoskey stone hunting. 25 mins to Charlevoix, 20 mins to Elk Rapids, 45 mins to Traverse City. The space Large screened-in porch with lake views. Newer windows with screens. Fire pit. Buoy in place to tie up a boat or flotation device. PLEASE NOTE: Cottage is not directly on the lake-simply walk down the hill to the private dock for your use only.
