Electricity consumption is the responsibility of the Tenant during the rental period. The price 1Kwh = 0.49 €uros. Water and gas are the responsibility of the Owner. An inventory will be established when the keys are handed over to the tenant as well as when the latter leaves the rented premises. The Tenant will be responsible for any deterioration or loss that may occur to this furniture. As a guarantee, the tenant pays a security deposit corresponding to €100 when the keys are handed over. This deposit will in no way exempt the tenant from paying the rent and charges on the dates set. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the contract.
