Courtbrook Farm Apartments offers three charming apartments in our converted farm barns. Set in the heart of Devon within our working farm, our luxury apartments, sleeping between one and four people are cosy and quiet. Jenny and Philip Broom welcome you to our converted farm building apartments. We are a working family farm specialising in beef cattle which graze out on the pasture throughout the summer, we also harvest arable crops. The space The Roost is a newly converted barn. Self-contained apartment consisting of a ground floor one king bed room with ensuite shower room. Upstairs in the eves is a twin bed room with charming slopping ceilings and a private shower room (it is spacious and you don’t bang your head). The well equipped kitchen/dining room with lounge area has large television and wifi throughout. In the courtyard area there is a picnic table for al fresco eating, plenty of free car parking and facilities to store bicycles. The Roost is an excellent base to explore and connect to the beautiful East Devon countryside and the spectacular UNESCO Jurassic Coast. Courtbrook Farm is close to Exeter (two minutes off the M5 at junction 30), Topsham and Sidmouth. Exeter Chiefs Rugby club is less than one mile away, with the fantastic Exe Estuary Cycle Trail within easy reach.
