A magnificent unobstructed view of the ridge line of the Ardèche mountains, a large swimming pool in a large garden and a characterful accommodation with tasteful decor. The space The Mas de la Mirandière, built on high vaulted cellars, overlooks a southern Ardèche landscape (vineyards, pines, hamlets), with the first foothills of the Cévennes and, further away, Mount Lozère as a backdrop. From the courtyard, a first large outdoor stone staircase leads to a large terrace, partly sheltered for meals, and partly in the shade under a large sail. Inside the building, white walls and cement tiles, antique furniture, sober and neat decoration. On the 1st level, a spacious and bright living room with wood stove, a new equipped independent kitchen, a first large air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. An interior stone staircase leads you to a 2nd level which distributes 3 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with single bed and a child's bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub, two bathrooms with Italian showers. Finally, a last staircase allows you to access the last level where there is an additional double bedroom under the roofs. Below the courtyard, a vast garden of nearly one hectare, bordering the natural area, with low walls and stone slabs, small woods, meadows, and, on one of the terraces, a long heated pool at 27°, with electric shutter, a large wooden beach with solar shower, in an intimate space of vegetation. The entire property ensures tranquility, character and comfort, in nature, but without being isolated. Nearby, beautiful excursions in nature or in villages of character, swimming in rivers and good restaurants and a little further, the Ardèche gorges and the Chauvet cave. The house is offered without linens but you have the option to rent them. Provide for an end-of-stay cleaning fee in your expenses (€250).
