Welcome to Södermöja in the Archipelago of Stockholm Sweden. Södermöja is situated in the outer part of the archipelago. You take the Vaxholm ferry and almost as far out as you can come. If you take the boat from Stockholm city it´s a 2-3 hour trip trough the beautiful archipelago. On the boat you can buy food and drinks. If you prefer, you can take the car to Sollenkroka brygga on Värmdö. Park the car and catch the Vaxholm ferry from there, it will take you about 40-60 minutes to Södermöja. The space The house is situated on Södermöja in the Archipelago of Stockholm Sweden. It´s a 10-15 minutes walk from the ferry to our house. From the gravel road you take the stairs up to the house, its 12 meters up from the road and up here you have your privacy. No neighbours on this side of the road so you have the hill for your self. The house is brand new and was build in 2016. You have a 120 m2 deck facing the south so you have sun from early morning to late night. The house is a all around year insulated house and you also have a fire place in the living room, radiators in all bedrooms and floor heating in the bathroom. There is an outdoor kitchen with cold water and a large charcoal grill. We also have a pizza own Napoli style with real fire. A large table for up to 14 people outside on the deck with a lot of chairs. Two sunbeds and a corner sofa as well. Inside you have a bathroom with shower and flushing toilet and even a washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. We have also an ice-cream machine that produces 2 litres of ice-cream. The kitchen and living room is one open space and you have a the same kind of table as outside, a large rustic table for 8-10 people. The master bedroom has a 180 cm wide bed. Both the other two bedrooms have bunk beds with a 120 cm bed in the bottom and a 80 cm bed on top. New from 2023 is a Sauna with wood fire and a lovely outdoor shower with hot and cold water. To facilitate this we prefer arrival at between 2-4pm. Check out is latest 11am on Saturday. THERE IS NO FOOD STORE ON THE ISLAND SO BRING ALL FOOD IF YOU DONT WANT TO GO TO THE NEIGHBOR ISLAND MÖJA.
