A small apartment in a 2-bedroom in a real calm village. The river is 500m, mushroom forests, pouring meadows, and plenty of spacious. The room is 16m, 6 4 m, bathroom 3.3 m, kitchen 9 m. Gasstove, microwave, g/h water, sewerage. The plot is 10 hundred. The repair is not finished. The space The house was built in 2010. It has 2 one-bedroom apartments with separate kitchens, separate bathrooms, separate entrances, with "all amenities". I built it specifically as a guest house for visiting friends. The renovation in the house is not finished (whitewashed walls, rough wooden floor - there is no time to put everything clean), but it is quite comfortable to live - everything else is in place. I have a large apiary 3 km from this village, so we will provide the cleanest natural honey, there are shepherd's floss - meat without gemnons, growth stimulants, preserves, in general without a drop of chemicals on request. The Pronya River is small but beautiful, only 500 m away is the Shelukhovsky Reserve, there are several small forests within a radius of 3-5 km. Near the house there is a plot of 10 acres. In the spring of 2015, it was redesigned and seated with lawn grass, but not a good one. I will be crossing it in the fall. While the grassy-surface mix. There is no garden at the house, but I have an old apple orchard in this village, plums, raspberries, etc. can be used. Guest access Everything is available :-) Other things to note A place for people who like the nature, and I'm willing to give up urbanism for a while. The main roads inside the village are sprinkled with sand and benches, but there are also many dirt roads, which means that during the rain you will be able to enjoy the greasy dirt of fertile lands :-)
