La Colin'Othe, 10 minutes from the A5 and 20 minutes from Troyes, is a cottage located in a renovated 19th century building. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large dining/living room with its old fireplace and pellet stove. Equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Separate entrance with private and flowery courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue and barn for 2 cars. The space Welcome gift (local specialty) offered for every stay. All the vacationers we have already hosted in our gîte have been very satisfied and have left us very good reviews. Extra linens and towels (€8/bed for linens and €6/person for towels). Optional cleaning fee (€45). Electricity and heating not included, depending on your consumption. Pet surcharge: €15/weekend/animal or €30/week/animal Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation since it is a completely independent gîte, with a private courtyard, fully fenced and closed by a gate. This allows you to bring your children safely. We accept pets as long as they are nice and well behaved (cost of €15/animal/weekend or mid-week or €30/animal/week): please contact us beforehand.
