Welcome to our spacious first floor suite (2BHK) in the bungalow located just behind St. Anthony School, on Jeevantara Resort road. The place is perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking for a calm stay with all modern facilities. Check in :- by 1:00 pm Check out:-by 10:00 am We ensure a smooth check-in , and prompt support throughout your visit. Strictly silent zone from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM ( loud music parties are not allowed) The space 2 BHK stay - you get bright living room , fully functional kitchen,two cozy bedrooms with king size double bed and 3 clean washrooms there is open taris area where you enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding scenery the house is located in safe area with easy access to shops, restaurants, transportation. Guest access Entire first floor with open cozy taris area Other things to note *LOCAL ID NOT ALLOWED* :- The power cuts are very rare here so there are no power backups installed. :- The bathroom is in suite (attached) Hot and cold water is available for 24 hours. :- All essentials like bath towels, hand wash, shower gel are provided. Please note that toothpaste, brush, shampoo are not available. :- No extension of check out would be appreciated , so be our good guest. :- Vehicles can be parked inside the property. :- Save Electricity by turning off the light and ACs off when not in use. :- In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect a copy of passport and visa for non-indian guests, and id for indian guests. :- We don’t have extra space for drivers/maids and they are not allowed to stay/sleep inside the floor Health, Hygiene and Safety Protocols " ALL safe & commited to Clean" :- Strictly silent zone from 11 pm - 6 am.( loud music, noise and parties are not allowed ) :- Home delivery pickups (swiggy/zomato) not allowed to climb floors, pickups to be done by guest from common area on ground floor. Kitchen: Basic Cooking facilities and utensils are available 1) induction 2) tea cattle 3) serving utensils like dishes, mugs, glass 4) tea , sugar, coffee, salt available Imp. - ration for self cooking need to procure yourself cleaning- cleaning is provided once in 2 days Daily cleaning is also available @ Rs 300/day
