Enjoy your food at the dining table or take it outside to the private, fenced-in backyard, which features a patio table and seating for four under a shade umbrella. Sleeping Arrangements: * Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a dresser and a smart TV. * Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a dresser and a smart TV. The full bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill style, conveniently located between the two bedrooms. Guest access You will have private access to the entire property, including the house, the fenced backyard, and the single-car garage for your parking convenience. Check-in is simple and flexible with our self check-in process. Please note that a single cabinet in the storage area between the garage and dining room will be locked for our cleaning inventory. Other things to note A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Access to the property is only provided after the renter's agreement is signed. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter package of inventory for your convenience, including 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full roll of paper towels. Extended Stays: For stays of 28 nights or more, Airbnb allows hosts to request a signed rental agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID.
