The space Ideal for groups of friends, couples, and adult retreats, this house is the perfect setting for getaways where calm and connection take center stage. The current rate is for a group of 16 people; we suggest you check the price for other group sizes. Every corner envelops you in pure air, silence, harmony, and a gentle sense of inner discovery. It's a space that can be as romantic, vibrant, or unique as you wish. Completely private, spacious, and bright, it surprises with its generous size. At first, you might feel a bit lost among its terraces and rooms, but you'll soon realize it's the perfect place for both small and large groups. All bedrooms are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding landscape. Surrounded by trees and with no neighbors, the house offers exceptional privacy, with breathtaking starry skies at night. The large living room with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere; the spacious and fully equipped kitchen makes any plan easy. Outside, a barbecue awaits, and from May to September, the swimming pool is perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Guest access The manor house is situated on a private property of almost 2 hectares, surrounded by olive groves, nature trails, and a tranquil landscape that invites exploration. Guests are welcome to freely enjoy all the outdoor and common areas designated for their stay. To maintain a fair rate for small groups, only the rooms booked will be available, always guaranteeing privacy and comfort. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is designed for preparing all kinds of group meals. If desired, it is possible to hire a cook (with prior reservation and subject to availability) to manage the kitchen during your stay. Each double room includes towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets, all prepared to offer a comfortable and well-cared-for stay. In the pool area, open from May to September, you will find sun loungers, tables, and chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Guests must bring their own pool towels. The spacious and versatile dining room allows you to choose between a rectangular or round table, depending on the preference and size of your group. In addition to the comfort of the manor house, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities: - Hiking among olive groves and rolling hills. - Hunting, in authorized seasons and areas. - Olive harvesting (depending on the season). - Painting and photography, thanks to the clear light and open landscapes. - Stargazing, under a sky free of light pollution. A perfect place to disconnect, reconnect, and enjoy nature from an exclusive and sophisticated perspective. Other things to note As the property is located in a natural setting, please keep the doors of the main house closed at all times. This helps prevent insects and birds from entering and also maintains a comfortable temperature inside. The house has exterior security cameras, used exclusively for the protection of the property when guests are not present. It also has an alarm system connected to the police, which will be automatically deactivated upon your arrival. To help keep the property in good condition, we kindly ask that you: -Leave wet towels hanging in the bathrooms. -Return kitchen utensils clean after use. -Take out all trash when leaving the property.
