The house has a small private pool that you can use 24 hours a day. You can also use the large pool in the condominium, located just 30 meters away (it has hours of use). We have medical insurance for our guests in case of accidents while they are enjoying their stay in the house. The house is located in a rural setting, surrounded by nature, so you will find land and air animals (insects, birds, dogs, cats, etc.). It is mandatory to bring repellent and sunscreen, as well as toiletries and a towel. We provide you with the following in the house: sheets, hand towel, toilet paper, dish soap, body and hand soap. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BODY TOWELS or shampoo. All rooms in the house have a ceiling fan. The house does NOT have air conditioning. Pets are allowed, but care must be taken to ensure that they do not damage the objects in the house, and they are not allowed in the pools. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary basic utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, a colander, knives, pans, pitcher, stove and refrigerator with freezer. Vehicles with white license plates or public service vehicles are not allowed to enter the condominium. The water is not safe for drinking, but it is suitable for cooking. The bathroom is inside the house and has a cold water shower, a sink, and a toilet (we provide toilet paper). The condominium has a noise policy, so loud noises are prohibited after 10:30 pm. Likewise, moderate volume is recommended during the day. The house has a private parking lot for two cars, and if that's not enough, the condominium has guarded parking bays where you can leave your vehicles without any problems. When you want to use the condominium pool, you must wear a hair cap. You cannot consume drinks or food inside the pool area, but you can do so at the kiosk that is right next door. If you are going to use the BBQ, bring charcoal or wood. You cannot hang clothes on the balconies, the tarp or places visible from outside the house. The management does not allow it. For that, we have a clothesline, and you can use the internal railings of the house. Don't go to the neighboring house so you don't have any problems or have to pay for something that gets damaged. Guest access You can access all the services inside the house, the pool and the parking lots. Two cars can be parked at the house, the other cars are safe in the parking bay in front of the house (It is guarded and free).
