The Casa Bianca is an elegant and modern B&B located a short walk from the canal port of Cesenatico, the station and a kilometer and a half from the beach. The property offers guests a quiet and relaxing apartment without a kitchen of forty square meters, with a separate entrance. Perfect for couples, families, and solo travelers. The stay includes free bicycle rental and private parking inside the property. The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a smaller one with a bunk bed for bookings with more than two people, and a private lounge area with a 90x90 table that can become 90x180. For reservations longer than three nights, there is also the possibility, with an increase in the price to be agreed with the host, to enjoy a private kitchen of 17 square meters. If guests are more than four, there is the possibility of adding a pull-out bed in the master bedroom. Each room has a Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi and two split air conditioning, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway for the bedroom and the Lounge area. There is no kitchen, but there is a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted pods, an electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, a mini fridge bar, cutlery, in case they want to eat, and a corkscrew. The bathroom is very spacious and offers a walk-in shower, full sanitary ware, and a large, illuminated mirror. In addition to towels of various sizes and shower mat, guests, upon arrival, will find a hairdryer, a diffuser, a welcome kit with shampoo/shower, soap for intimate hygiene and hands. Mini makeup set, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, shower headset, and unisex slippers. Everything offered by the property. Since the property is a B&B, the price includes cleaning, towel changes every three days, and sheet changes once a week. Guest access The apartment has its own private entrance and independent from the garden. Upon arrival, upon check-in, guests will be given keys with which they can enter and exit at their leisure and at any time. There are free private parking spaces at the back of the B&B, and for the duration of their stay, guests will have free bicycles at their disposal to explore Cesenatico and the neighboring towns. As you can see from the photos, in the front, there is a garden that during the season will be set up with outdoor tables and lounges where guests can eat, have breakfast or relax with an aperitif. Other things to note The B&B is located in a strategic area that, being on the edge of the center, allows guests to reach it in a very short time, even on foot, and allows them to avoid the nighttime noise and the difficulties in finding parking in the center, being able to do so in complete peace and quiet during the hours when they want to rest or refresh themselves. In addition, the property has recently been renovated and the walls between the various accommodations have been soundproofed so that guests can enjoy their stay in complete privacy. As previously described, only the double bedroom solution is provided in reservations that include two guests. In reservations where there are at least three guests, the room with the bunk bed is also provided, and, in cases where there are more than four guests, a pull-out bed is added making space in the master bedroom.
