Located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building. Ideal for 6 people. Upon entering you are greeted by warm natural light from the many windows. The area is very quiet despite being in the center of Castrocaro Terme. The famous Castrocaro Thermal Baths, Magiche Acque, and the Lucia Magnani Health Clinic, Longlife Formula are just 500mt,5 minutes away on foot. Within a few minutes' walk you will find every kind of store,pharmacy,laundry and supermarkets in addition to the local market of Castrocaro. The Forlì Morgagni-Pierantoni hospital center is just 8 km away. The San Domenico Museum is 11 km away and is easily accessible by public transport. Forlì train station is 13 km away while Forlì International Airport is 14 km away,all of which can also be reached by public transportation. THE SPACE. The 106 sq m apartment is located on the first floor with only one flight of stairs in a building without an elevator. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned with modern split air conditioning units and radiators for the winter. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM Entering you find yourself in the large living area consisting of a modern kitchen ,equipped with every appliance, an extendable dining table (comfortable for 6 people) and the living room with two comfortable sofas (1 becomes a comfortable double bed). The modern 55'' Samsung smart TV allows you to relax with your favorite programs with Netflix and Youtube. From both French doors , you have access to a balcony overlooking the quiet village street on which smoking is allowed. NIGHT ZONE. Opposite the entrance, a sliding door separates the sleeping area where there are: 2 SUITES Each Suite (large bedroom) is equipped with Queen size bed,closet,bedside tables with abat-jour and provide comfort and privacy from the living area. BATHROOM 1 Adjacent to the first suite is the largest bathroom,windowed with large shower,sink,toilet and washing machine. BATHROOM 2 To the left of the sleeping area is the second,slightly smaller,windowless bathroom with extractor fan,toilet,sink and shower. RELAX ROOM. Extra space to relax on an extended sofa for quiet reading. Guest access At number 24 Via Martiri della Libertà, you will find the entrance gate to the apartment building: the key is always in the lock on the inside of the gate. Climb a few steps and you will find the glass door, then a flight of stairs will take you to the entrance of apartment number 2, on the left. The street where the apartment is located is accessible by car, and you can easily find parking right in front of the building. We also have a private parking space in the driveway next to the building. When facing the building’s entrance, you’ll find it on the left; it’s accessible through a gate that opens with a key that’s always in the lock. It comfortably accommodates two cars. Other things to note We have an agreement with Terme di Castrocaro, Magiche Acque, and LongLife Clinic for discounted admission for our guests, with discounts ranging from 10% to 20%.
