In case of any unforeseen society/building-related issues that are beyond our control — such as a pipe burst, water issue, power cut in the area/building, maintenance work, etc. — we will not be responsible for the same. We will always try our best to assist you, but such situations cannot be controlled by us. A few important things to know before your stay: *This is a self check-in property, and there is no caretaker available on-site. Hence, no one is available to help with luggage. * Cleaning service is provided once a day. The timing may vary depending on the housekeeping schedule and availability. Please note that guests cannot request cleaning at a specific time. Housekeeping will visit according to the scheduled timing for the day. *When stepping out, please leave the keys with the security guard. *Security is available 24/7, so check-in at any time is possible. If you are arriving late at night, please inform the host in advance. *Keys will be handed over once the full payment and security deposit have been received. *Late check-out is charged at ₹1,000 per hour. *If you require extra cleaning, including utensils, please coordinate directly with the cleaning supervisor. Additional charges will apply. Extra towels are not provided and only changed on alternative days. *The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Extra guest not allowed. *Parking is common and shared with other residents. Availability is not guaranteed, and there is approximately a 50-50 chance of getting a parking spot.
