This updated 1890 farmhouse, in the foothills of Mt Mansfield with easy access to the mountains and is only 25 minutes to Burlington. It has outdoor space and is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is secure storage space for your ski, snowboard, and mountain bike gear. 30 minutes to Smugglers Notch or Bolton and 47 minutes to Stowe (less time in summer when notch road is open). Close to hiking, canoeing, biking, farms, and more. Other things to note There is a separate one bedroom unit on the property with a long term tenant. There is no access between the house and one bedroom unit. There are separate outdoor entrances.
