The space This is fully furnished condo come with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that offers: Living Room – Sofa bed, Smart TV, Wifi 300mbps, Coffee table, Ceiling fan, Curtain & Carpet Master Bedroom – Queen size bed, Air conditioner, Ceiling fan, Wardrobe, Towels, Bedside table, laundry basket, Study table with chair & attached bathroom with water heater. 2nd Bedroom - Queen size bed, Air conditioner, Ceiling fan, Wardrobe, Towels, Bedside table, laundry basket, Steam Iron, Iron board & chair 3rd Bedroom - Queen size bed, Air conditioner, Ceiling fan, Wardrobe, Towels, Bedside table & laundry basket. Dining Area – 8 seaters dining table Kitchen – Refrigerator, Coway water filter, microwave, Induction Cooker, Rice cooker, Cooking blender, cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery etc Yard – Washing machine & gas stove Balcony - outdoor chair & table Guest access Guest will be provided with 2 sets of keys with full access card (to access carpark, elevator & facilities at level 5 such as Swimming pool, Gymnasium, Playground etc) NOTE: We only provide with 2 access card to the carpark. If the guest requires an additional carpark, they have to park at the visitors parking bay. Additional carpark are upon request & subject to charges RM10/night by the management office. Inside the condo, Guest are NOT ALLOWED: -smoking/vaping -Alcohol drinking -cooking NON HALAL Food -wear shoes, slipper or sandal (please put inside the shoes rack provided) EXTRA GUEST FEES After 8 Guest- RM50 per night will be charge. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any belongings from the property, as they are provided for your convenience during your stay. PLEASE switch off all electric appliances (especially the air-conditioning) upon leaving the property. Please treat the property with care and respect.
