Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and outdoor property. This includes all indoor spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, the living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as outdoor amenities like the porch, decks, fire pit, grill, and private access to the dock or water features. You are welcome to enjoy all the comforts and amenities provided for a relaxing and memorable stay. For safety and maintenance, docks or extensions are usually removed before October each year. By booking, guests acknowledge that this home sits in the rural Maine woods, where nature is part of the charm: 🐭 Occasional mouse activity (especially in cooler months) 🕸️ Possible spider webs or ladybugs indoors 🪰 During the fall season, guests may notice an increase in flies and ladybugs. This is a regional occurrence common to the Moosehead Lake area. The home is regularly treated and cleaned, but some seasonal insects may still appear. ❄️ Snow and ice are common — please use caution outdoors.
