Herberg de Pul is a special accommodation with a lot of history close to the Efteling. Located in an old village café with characteristic details and an authentic atmosphere. Our location makes Herberg de Pul extra special. Overlooking the Emma mill, in the heart of Brabant. Close to the most beautiful sights: the Efteling, city of's-Hertogenbosch, Drunense Duinen, settlement city of Heusden and more. And after a wonderful day, you can of course end up at the bar to roll into your bed. The space Sleeping in a cafe full of history and coziness. The Pul still exudes the warm atmosphere of the village café that was the center of Nieuwkuijk for decades. The original bar, the wooden fireplace and other nostalgic elements have been preserved and provide a characterful ambiance. A stay with us is not just an overnight stay – it is an experience. The Kuykse Katerkamer In the place where villagers used to drink their beer, you will now find a stylish bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ensuite bathroom. The room is modernly furnished, but with a nod to history. This room was once the passage to the toilets of the café, but is now a cozy, comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom. The furnishings and amenities are similar to the Kuykse Katerkamer. You will stay in 1 of the 2 bedrooms. In front of the cafe is a terrace with stunning views of the mill. Parking is available next to or in front of the property. Guest access If possible, we will receive you personally and you will receive a QR code with which you can always enter. Parking is possible next to or in front of the property. Other things to note You are warmly welcome and hopefully you will have a pleasant stay. Your accommodation is fully furnished. Location Close to the Emma mill on the dike where beautiful hiking trails run. Ideal for hikers of the Pilgrim's Path, Hertogenpad and Grensdijkpad. For bicycle and mountain bike enthusiasts, there are numerous routes available. There is also a beautiful golf course with 18 holes in the area. In the area (within 150 meters), there are three different restaurants, and fresh bread can be picked up at the mill. Further in the area are the beautiful Drunen dunes and the Hanseatic town of Heusden. The Efteling and the Beekse Bergen are within 20 minutes. The IJzeren Man is a very nice swimming and walking spot. Plenty to see and do.
