The space The house is a character property with period features and cottage charm. windows on front and side of the house have an outlook over attractive Southrepps buildings and the wonderful local pub. There are 2 dedicated bedrooms, one single and one double, plus a comfortable fold-down bed unit in the entrance room where there's also a workspace. thr bed can be left down or stowed during the day to allow other activities I'm the room. The kitchen has facilities like fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a little breakfast bar with stools. From the kitchen a door opens into a small conservatory, which in turn opens out into the garden. The garden is sunny in the daytime and quiet at night, half gravelled and half lawned with trees at 2 borders. there is a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining and socialising. Upstairs the single bedroom is opposite a bathroom with cabinet and shower, and the double bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
