Other things to note Once we receive your reservation we will send you a second Seaside Vacations lease via email. Please sign this in addition to the Airbnb lease and return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. This email will provide instructions to add optional extras, such as travel interruption insurance, pet fee for pet-friendly homes, early check-in fee, late check-out fee, pool heat fee, wedding/event fee for applicable homes. Minimum Age to Rent: 25 Family Groups Only Personal email address and signed lease are required to confirm reservation. The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
