Sleeping arrangements Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa that converts into a queen size pull bed with a memory foam mattress. Fresh linens and thoughtful storage create a restful setting whether you are staying for a long weekend or an extended coastal visit. The layout keeps everything within easy reach, offering both privacy in the bedroom and flexibility in the shared living area. Living spaces The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in a bright, connected layout. Natural light fills the space through sliding glass doors, and comfortable seating invites you to unwind after a day out. Settle in with the 75" HDTV and Fubo TV, or catch up on emails using the Wifi. Air conditioning and heating allow you to stay comfortable year-round, while the private entrance provides a sense of independence throughout your stay. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table ready for casual breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Whether you are fueling up before a tee time or returning from a day exploring Ponte Vedra, the open layout keeps everyone connected. Bathroom and laundry The bathroom includes a walk in shower and bathroom essentials, along with hot water and a hair dryer for added convenience. A washer and dryer are also available, making it easy to refresh beachwear or settle in for longer stays. Community and neighborhood Located within The Players Club at TPC Sawgrass, the property includes access to the community pool and clubhouse. You can book your own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards, where tennis and pickleball are also available to reserve. Coastal dining, boutique shopping, and nearby destinations like Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine offer additional ways to experience the area. Free parking on premises - 1 space - and keypad self check-in make arrivals and daily outings simple. ID Required. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
