The common areas available to you include: Adapted access and elevator: The building has convenient access and a modern elevator that will take you directly and effortlessly to the top floor, where the apartment is located. Forget about carrying suitcases up the stairs because the garage is also connected by an elevator to the top floor. Private and secure garage: The property includes a private parking space inside the building's own underground garage. A safe, enclosed, and easy-to-maneuver space, essential to protect your rental vehicle and guarantee total comfort every time you return from exploring the island. Well-kept common areas: The entrance and hallways are meticulously maintained, and the neighborhood atmosphere is very respectful and quiet, ideal for truly disconnecting. Other things to note We don't like to get serious, but we do support the safety and comfort of our guests. That is why we ask you to follow a few rules: CHECK-IN The authorities require guest registration, so all guests 14 years of age or older must fill out the Guest Registration form upon check-in. Without this procedure completed, they will not be able to stay. CHECK-IN Check-in can be done after 3 pm, unless there is availability to do it earlier. We can arrange an earlier check-in together whenever possible. For check-in after 6:00 PM, there will be a €50 fee, payable upon arrival either in cash or via Bizum. You can never check in after 10:00 pm, out of respect for the rest of the neighbors. COMMON AREAS As in any residential community, there are some common areas through which you can access both the apartment and the garage. Entering the building wet or with beach sand is prohibited. No smoking inside of the house. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT If you leave the living room blinds down, especially in summer, the apartment will stay at a good temperature, and you'll appreciate it when you return. At night, by agreement of all the neighbors, the entrance door must be locked. On the last day, check-out must always be before 11:00 AM. In case you need to use the apartment until later, ask me if it's possible and I'll try to accommodate you.
