Lakefront cottage in Newport VT

This year round cottage is right on Lake Memphremagog which is a 35 mile long, 350+ foot deep lake that spans from Newport Vt. to Magog Canada with incredible sunrises and sunsets. The property has a private water front with a small beach. The water stays shallow for appx 20 meters making it ideal for families and relaxing. Large patio with a lot of outdoor space. An amazing place to come and relax away from the craziness of every day life. The space The cottage is quite a large house with the modern amenities (wifi and one Smart TV in the common living room), however it does have an 80s vibe with styled furniture and decor items. The house is fully equipped with towels, bed linens and kitchen equipment. Overall the cottage is full of large windows, natural light and lots of rooms for everyone to have their own space to relax. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, as well as water front and a shared fire pit.
