The annex is attached to a larger house which is set in a generous plot. There is a secure car parking space for guests and a private entrance to the annex - guests will be provided with their own set of keys and are free to come and go at their own convenience. The property is ideally situated for Bydgoszcz. Its close proximity to the S5 provides easy access to Gdańsk. Niemcz is a lovely friendly village with a thriving community. There are small local shops. Under a mile away there is a Department store and a few restaurants. Additionally there are many countryside walks and some great cycling routes in the area. Guest access The lounge has views of the garden that is used by the main house, however annex guests will have use of a private patio Here guests can use the garden furniture to eat or enjoy a drink outside.
