The space This is a private basement apartment, complete with its own entrance. You have access to your apartment, and shared backyard yard The rest of the home is separated by two locked doors. This one-bedroom unit includes a living room, bedroom with queen sized pillow topped bed, bathroom with shower, and a fully stocked kitchenette with oven, fridge, dishwasher, and sink—perfect for cooking full meals, even with limited counter space. Relax in the shared backyard with a fire pit and seating area. Backyard access is down the driveway to the fenced in gate. This space is bigger than an average hotel room, with the luxury of a renting a home. Please note there is no thermostat in your unit, if at anytime you're too cold, or too hot - please let the host know. There is an electric heater in the bedroom to use if you are too cold during your stay. Please note: this is a shared home, you may hear noises from time to time just as you would in a hotel. Tenants will be mindful of your stay. Guest access You will receive a key upon arrival to your unit. Your entrance is on the left side of the home, this is a basement apartment the first door leads to the stairs down to your apartment. This is a private entrance, and will not be shared by anyone else. To access the backyard walk down the driveway, to the gate. We do have a dog on property but monitor him during your stay - the backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for any travel pups you may bring- or a nice nightcap before bed. Wood and fire pit are provided- please check to make sure we are not in a burn ban prior to lighting a fire. There is no access to the garage or the rest of the home. Other things to note This is a shared home, with a basement apartment, there are stairs down to your apartment - We will not have access to your apartment, you will not have access to the rest of the home. The backyard is shared and fenced- feel free to enjoy the fire pit during your stay. You do need to walk your doggo to the backyard to use. The thermostat is shared - let us know if you are uncomfortable during your stay. You may hear some noise during your stay - just as you would in a hotel. We will be mindful of you during your stay. No laundry access- however we are less than a block from a laundromat on either side of us.
