Perfect Stay for Families Visiting Cal Poly – Cozy, Convenient & Clean! We're excited to share our area and Guest House with you during your stay! The Guest House is self contained, with a private entrance. Our Guest House is 850 square foot studio with the living area upstairs & a full bathroom downstairs. You can park in the attached garage and enter both the bathroom and the upstairs living area from within the garage. The space In The Guest Studio you'll find 1 Queen bed & a couch that converts to a futon for kiddos. Guest access The bathroom is located downstairs (separate from main room) and has a walk-in shower. You'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom; paper towels, soap, and garbage bags in the kitchenette. We have a driveway for the guesthouse which leads to the garage. You may park in the garage or on the driveway. The living space is accessible via the garage parking area or a man door into the garage. Keys to the doors will be in a lock box on the gate & you can open the garage door via the button. If you tell us your ETA, we can leave the garage door open so you can drive right in. Other things to note No parties, no extra guests beyond the original agreed number without permission.
