The space Peninsula Point Lake House offers a warm lodge-style layout with handcrafted log walls, tall cedar ceilings, and beautiful natural light throughout. The main level includes an open kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, and a screened three season porch. The lower level provides a second gathering space with a wet bar and walkout access to the flagstone patio, which includes a bonfire area and gas grill. Outside, guests enjoy landscaped grounds, multiple seating areas, and a lighted paved path down to the lake. A guest-use golf cart is provided to make trips to and from the water simple and convenient. Guest access Guests have full access to the main home, lower level, screened three season porch, flagstone patio, and the surrounding outdoor grounds. The private dock, water slide, golf cart, gas grill, and built-in bonfire area on the lower level patio are available for guest use during your stay. The boathouse and select storage areas are reserved for owner use. Guests may bring their own boat, and the optional 22-foot pontoon rental is available by reservation.
