Fire pit, covered porch & private catch-and-release pond included. The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1- Queen Bed Bedroom 2- Queen bed & 2 Bunk beds (4 singles) THE LAYOUT- MAIN LEVEL Open layout with gas powered fireplace in the center of the home Dining table that seats 8 Bathroom with walk-in shower Deck with outdoor seating and Hot Tub OUTDOORS: Beautiful views overlooking the countryside Private covered porch overlooking pond Private Pond available for catch and release fishing Fire Pit overlooking pond (firewood is available for purchase at nearby convenience stores) 35 Private acres sits next to Shawnee National Forest land for additional unpopulated hiking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the detached garage and basement. Other things to note A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Access to the property is only provided after the renter's agreement is signed. Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM. Pet Policy: Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels. You may notice harmless Asian beetles (look like lady bugs) at times, especially on windows. It is not a reflection of cleanliness, just a natural, seasonal nuisance that's hard to fully prevent.
