The small studio of about 20 sqm consists of a bedroom with a bed (1x2 m) for 1 person, bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and two hotplates. Dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc. are available. Oil, salt and pepper are on site. The room was expanded in 2018. The studio is located in an outbuilding of an estate in a village between Pößneck and Neustadt Orla. There are other rental apartments in the building. The space Due to the small kitchen, longer stays (assembly, internship, etc.) are also possible. The small apartment is easily accessible by car due to the proximity to the A 9 and the good connection via the B 281. Guest access The room is completely separate with its own entrance in a building with other apartments. Other things to note The estate includes a very interesting park. Guided tours are possible on request. We sell apple and vegetable juices, eggs, honey and seasonal vegetables from our own production. The estate includes other vacation properties.
