It’s a great base for family visits, work assignments, and longer stays. ✔️Neighborhood & location highlights: Located in southwest Houston, our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to: • Chinatown / Bellaire Blvd / Asiatown: 10–15 minutes – endless Asian restaurants, boba shops, bakeries, and supermarkets • Westchase & Energy Corridor: ~15–20 minutes – business centers, offices, and dining • Sugar Land Town Square: ~20 minutes – shopping, restaurants, family-friendly activities • Galleria / Uptown: ~20–25 minutes depending on traffic • NRG Stadium & Texas Medical Center: ~25–30 minutes • Downtown Houston / Midtown: ~25–30 minutes for museums, nightlife, and events Grocery stores, gas stations, and local shops are just a short drive away, making it easy to stock up on anything you need during your stay. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire house during their stay: all 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and backyard. Self check-in is available with a keypad smart lock. A unique door code will be provided before arrival and changed after each stay. Driveway parking is available for your group Other things to note Early check-in / late check-out: I’m happy to be flexible when the cleaning schedule allows, but it is not always guaranteed. Please send me a message at least 24 hours in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out. If I can approve more than 2 extra hours outside the normal times, there is an additional fee of $50 per extra hour, charged through Airbnb. For very long extensions, an extra night may be required instead. Unauthorized late check-out: Check-out is 11:00 am sharp. If you check out later than 11:00 am without prior approval, a fee of $75 per hour (or part of an hour) will be charged through Airbnb. If the delay affects the next guest or cleaning schedule, an additional night’s charge may apply. Birthday / event decorations: If you need birthday or special occasion decorations, I can help you find a local decorator in Houston. Please let me know at least 2 weeks before your arrival, and I will share the vendor’s quote with you. Any decoration service is paid separately to the vendor and must be approved in advance.
