Located on the Reims-Vervins axis: 30 minutes from Reims (51), Laon (02), Rethel (08). 10 km from the circuit of the fortified churches of Thiérache and many other things to discover... The space Detached house (staircase access) including: -a living room with bay window overlooking the garden (south facing), -an equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave oven, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker with filter, toaster, blender -a bathroom, -Separate Wc, -3 Bedrooms: bedroom 1: a queen bed 160/200 with 240x260 duvet (or blanket), bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200 bedroom 3: a single bed and on request a crib All windows have roller shutters. Garden: table, chairs and charcoal barbeque. Please note: Toilet linen, linens, house sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases are not provided. CLEANING: Return the house as you found it on arrival. A deposit of 100 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if the house is clean! Guest access You can enjoy the garden through the living room's bay window. Other things to note To enter the cottage, you have a staircase and to go down into the garden, there are 4 steps.
