Located on the Reims-Vervins axis: 30 minutes from Reims (51), Laon (02), Rethel (08). 10 km from the circuit of the fortified churches of Thiérache and many other things to discover... The space Detached house (access by a staircase) comprising: - a living room with bay window overlooking the garden (south facing), - a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker with filter, toaster, mixer - a bathroom, - Separate WC, -3 Bedrooms: bedroom 1: a large 160/200 bed with 240 x 260 duvet (or blanket), bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90 x 200 bedroom 3: a single bed and on request a baby bed All windows have roller shutters. Garden: table, chairs and charcoal barbecue. LINEN Warning: Towels, linens, house sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases are not provided. CLEANING: Leave the house as you found it on arrival. A security deposit of 60 euros will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you upon departure if the house is clean! Guest access You can enjoy the garden through the living room's bay window. Other things to note To enter the cottage, you have a staircase and to go down into the garden, there are 4 steps.
