The space The house is clean, spacious with good size queen bed and kitchen. Plenty of storage for cloths. Set in a quiet neighbourhood there's on street parking. Central location tucked away in behind the docklands. The Luas tram is 12 minutes walk. 10 minutes Taxi to the city center​. Bus, tram or bicycle will get you to town quickly. There are Moby/Bleeper bike stands nearby for cycling around town - you can find them online. Guest access Full access - it's all yours for your stay. Kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom. Other things to note Most importantly: > No parties, no gatherings - this is a quiet house, no loud music or loud TV. > The kitchen must be kept clean. When using the oven, cooker or air fryer please clean after use. > No smokers or smoking anywhere on the property or street frontage. > The cleaning fee includes laundry, towels provided and I clean the house top to bottom before your stay. Please don't leave a mess in the kitchen or bathroom. > Towels not to be used to wipe makeup or anything else that will stain them. > For longer stays over two weeks I generally let guests look after their own laundry (linen and towels) but request that they wash whites separately. If guests wish, I can take their laundry, wash and dry once every two weeks however a €30 additional fee will apply. It has to be bagged and left in the laundry room.
