Welcome to our Simply Enjoy cabin! Our cozy cabin is waiting for you to come in and enjoy its charm after a day out in the mountain air! The large deck will be a retreat to sit and visit about the days adventures! It's newly renovated and has many smart home features. Enjoy a king size bed for a great nights sleep and a fully functional kitchen for breakfast. There is a queen size sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Walk, bike or drive to all Cloudcroft has to offer. Simply Enjoy is a simple, cozy concept. We hope you will venture in and let the stress of everyday life go. There is wifi and a smart tv, in which you are welcome to log onto your favorite tv platform. It will be logged onto Netflix for your enjoyment. There is keyless entry and with the assistance of the smart home center you can turn on lights, change the thermostat or get directions to one of our favorite places to eat! The cozy chairs, which can be easily moved in front of the pellet stove, will quickly become a favorite place to enjoy a book or a Black Bear Coffee. The heated floors around the master bed and in the bathroom are a welcome treat after a long day in the wilderness. There is one queen size sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. There is no smoking allowed in this cabin! Pets, of any type, are not allowed! The coffee station features an electric kettle, coffee grinder with fresh beans, pour-over and a Keurig with Kcups. There is also tea and hot chocolate for non coffee lovers. There are three forms of heat- forced air, pellet stove and a wall heater in case the power happens to go out. There are also rechargeable flash lights located through out the cabin. The large deck has ample seating for your family and a firepit to keep you toasty. During fire restrictions the grill and fire pit will be out of service. Smoking is never allowed in the cabin and during restrictions it is only allowed in your enclosed vehicle. From the front door you can be on several trails in less than a mile. Our neighborhood is easily accessible and there are two parking spots in front of the cabin. This cabin is part of a duplex. There might be guests in the other duplex. Each cabin has its own deck, not on the same side, and separate parking. This is the mountains and weather is unpredictable, come prepared. We do not offer refunds due to mountain weather. While we try our best to keep the driveway clear after a snow storm, 4WD/AWD may be needed to get up it and around the village safely. You will have access to two parking spaces located directly in front of the Simply Enjoy deck. Guests have full access to the cabin (minus one storage closet) and deck. There are three steps to get onto the deck and into the house. Then another two steps up to the kitchen. During your stay I'm simply a phone call or text away as we live less than a mile away. Downtown is less than a mile away with Cloudcroft Brewing Company being only a half mile away. With downtown being a mere 15 minute walk- you can look forward to amazing coffee at Black Bear, sandwiches that will make you swoon at Lepree's Global Comfort Food, mouth watering cupcakes at Eight the Cake and fantastic stores along with many other food and drink options! The Lodge and golf course are just a little over a half mile away. Should hiking, trail running or mountain biking be your thing, then look no further! In less than a mile you can be on several different trails for a wilderness treat! Walk, bike or drive. The cabin is not childproof. Parents are fully responsible for supervision of their children. Please reach out to if you plan on bringing a trailer. Our driveway is not able to handle large trailers and during busy times there may not be room for small ones. Any damage due to ruts or backing in to something will be billed to the guest. During fire restrictions the grill and fire pit will be out of service. Despite being plowed, village roads and the driveway may not be accessible without 4WD. We are not responsible if you can not make it up the driveway due to not having 4WD/AWD.
